Rowanfield Rocks PTFA

Welcome to the Rowanfield Rocks PTFA page where we keep you updated on our events.
Our aim:
The Rowanfield Rocks PTFA which formed in September 2015 is fully committed to supporting the school, the staff and of course our little gems - the children. We hope that we will be able to raise money to buy little extras for the children, purchase items from class wish lists and in time, be able to contribute towards bigger projects at the school.
Our meetings:
Our annual general meeting (AGM) will be held in September each year. We routinely meet on the first Wednesday of the month at the school starting at 3:15pm with the anticipation that meetings will last for approximately 1hour each time, you are welcome to bring your children along to these meetings.
Since our formation in 2015 we have held a very successful Halloween disco which was very well attended by the children - they were all very happy and enjoyed themselves! We saw some fantastic costumes worn by the children and the staff!
In December we organised the Christmas Fayre, it was lovely to see so many of the children and their families turn out to support this event and a big thank you to those who donated cakes for our stall.
We have also, by arrangement with the school, arranged a couple of non-uniform days and we hope to continue doing these. When they are held they will, where possible, tie in with the school theme at the time. The recent house colours day was enjoyed by all of the children, whether they wore a hair accessory or a t-shirt to display the colour of the house they are in, they all looked very proud to be wearing their colours.
Please join us:
We will always welcome new faces and fresh ideas to our meetings as well as volunteers to help at events or to donate items for our events, so please do come along to our meetings or if you can't make them please let us know we'd welcome your involvement. We can be contacted by email on
