You can communicate with us
- Face to Face – at drop off or pick up (quick messages) or as part of a pre-arranged meeting
- By Telephone – for absence (reported before 10am on the first day of absence), general messages, emergencies and requests for teacher meetings or call-backs
- Via the admin emails for all non-emergency messages (admin.RIS@glatrust.org.uk or admin.RJS@glatrust.org.uk) – this is only checked weekly (not daily)
- We ask that you don’t write any messages (other than those related to reading) in the Reading Record as these are not checked daily / are for reading purposes only
Please note school have 48 working hours to respond to all parent queries/complaints
We aim to (eventually) become a paper-free school but recognise our online systems are not yet established to achieve this. There will always be some letters, i.e. for sporting events that require a reply slip or letters sent from external sources, that will be sent home in paper form so please continue to check your child’s book bag and backpack to ensure you don’t miss key information.
